1) How do I place an order?
You can see all our products under the ‘Shop’ tab. Browse through our range of items, add the items you like to the cart and when you’re ready to checkout, follow the simple instructions by adding in your delivery address and making payment and we will send you an email shortly afterwards with confirmation of your order as well as tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2) Payment & Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R130.00.
The important stuff:
– All orders are couriered to your door using a courier company
– We deliver to everywhere in South Africa, and once your item has been sent out, we will supply you with the tracking details for you to keep an eye on where your order is
– Shipping usually takes 3 – 5 days from when you made your purchase (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
3) Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our payment methods include:
Payfast – Visa, Mastercard, Mobicred and instand EFT
Zapper – Zapper payments and Alipay
4) Returns & Refunds
Should you not be satisfied with the product, we will refund your order
